MANKATHA: STRICTLY NO RULES

Mankatha : strictly no rules ..the film title itself said what the film contain. We always know the director venkat prabhu always check-in with new format that never saw in our south indian films. The actor Ajith played a negative role(a real villan) through out the film and he gave his maximum for the film as he said in the film "the king maker". The action king Arjun had done well in Thala's 50th film.He played the role of a police officer.Also the the film have a dozen of actors and actress. Trisha opposite to ajith,Andrea opposite to arjun and anjali opposite to reddy had done their role perfectly  also premji,lakshmi rai and some new faces like mahat raghavendra,ashwin kakumanu, had their own characters throughout the film. Another high light of the movie becomes the music performed by yuvan shankar raja .You must have to listen to the songs before watching the movie because the music is infinite different.

MANIKYAKALLU

The film directed by M.Mohanan after his huge success "KADHAPARAYUMBOL". Actually Manikyakallu  is his second film casting through prithviraj, samvrutha sunil and music by M.jayachandren. The story revolves around a government school which facing shutdown issues from government authorities because of bad school management where only less than 50 pupils are studying.Anyways the casting of the story was good but the climax scene are bit long . Also film reminds us some sequences from old films. Samvrutha Sunil had done an excellent performance through out the film...

What we saw in 2010 was the failure of so many films that had an high expectation but terribly failed in box office and some unexpected success in box office..

1. cocktail (*****/5), starring jaysoorya and Anoop menon was a different film  and got good responds from audience
2. kandhar (*/5), a huge flop of the year.... In one word a "crap"
3. Best actor(****/5), another hit from megastar mamooty .
4. Pranchiyetten(***/5), renjith magic worked again.,
5. Pokiriraja(**/5), This film taught me one thing . how a bad film make a huge collection record in BOX OFFICE
6. Elssama yena annkutty(***/5), another family entertainer that had  successfully completed 100 days in theater.
7. Anwer(**/5), an amal neerad film with usual action sequence.. anyways  audience can experince thrilling scence.
8. Malarvadi Arts club(*****/5), vineeth sreenivasan done it well.. a real youth festival .
9. Kariyasthan(**/5), a family entertainer.. not done well..
10. Apporvaragam(***/5), congrats sibimalayile a different treatment..

of its first film -URUMI. The film starring Prithviraj,Prabhudeva,Tabu,bollywood actress
VidyaBalan also leading south indian actress Genelia  Dezuza as a portuguese princess.
The Film directed by Santhosh Sivan tells the story of 15th century and the music

Archana Kavi debuts in Tamil Film-(neelthamara fame)

Archana Jose Kavi the lovely girl appreciated for her lovely portrayal of the role Kunjimalu in ‘Neelathamara’ has got her first Tamil offer and that was from Vasanthabalan who made some memorable films like ‘Veyil’ and ‘Angadi Theru’.

Archana was before called for an audition by the reputed director Bala of ‘Pitamagan’, ‘Nandha’ and ‘Naan Kadavul’ fame. But that did not materialize at the end. Now Archana has got an equally best offer from Vasanthabalan in his forthcoming Tamil film ‘Aravaan’.

Director Vasanthabalan made the official announcement few days ago. 'Aravaan' film will have ‘Eeram’ fame Aadhi as the protagonist. Archana Kavi and Dhanshika are the two heroines in the film. ‘Veyil’ fame Pasupathy is also playing an important role.

‘Aravaan’ is a period film happening in the 18th century Tamil Nadu. Popular singer Karthik is debuting as the music composer. Siddarth of 'Yaaradi Nee Mohini' fame would wield the camera. T Siva of Amma Creations would produce the film.
